The 6 Factors for More Time, More Balance
and More Money from your Direct Sales Business:

1.       Have clear and reasonable goals.  “If you don’t know where you are going, you will probably end-up someplace else.” What do you want?   Why do you want it?

2.       The ability to know and track your “numbers”.  Numbers don’t lie.  Once you know the numbers you can know what needs to be done in order to meet your goals.  (Working with numbers is easy.  Working with people can sometimes be a bit more challenging.)

3.       Your time-management/organization practices. The routines and systems you have in place can make or break your business.  Afterall, the busier you are, the more organized you have to be.  But don’t worry, its a learned skill.  Learning how to do the right things, at the right time and in the most efficient way will be what gives you more time, more balance and more money from your business.

4.       Your ability and willingness to stay focused on your goals and priorities.  This means learning how to pushback on certain distractions, clutter, limiting beliefs, perfectionism and “shiney-things” that can take us off-track.

5.      Your communication skills.  Note: Effective communication often has more to do with listening than with speaking.  Improve  your communication skills and you can become more effective at anything.

6.       Your energy and wellness factor – The better you take care of yourself the better you can take care of others! “Would you want your kids to take care of themselves the way you take care of you?”
